Carol has been highly involved in business and sales for over twenty-five years. With many successful years as a business educator, highlighted with the Prime Minister's Award for Teaching Excellence, she took early retirement from teaching to join RE/MAX Camosun to become a realtor. Previously, she had many opportunities to prove her salesmanship as an independent jeweller, an owner and operator of the Atrium Art Gallery in Vancouver, and an Assistant Public Relations Director in Los Angeles.
Her Business Education students were involved with Junior Achievement and for five years, they won over twenty awards included National Company of the Year, Top Sales and Salesperson for Canada, and Best Annual Report in Canada, which led to receiving a commission to complete the BC Securities Annual Report.

ABOUT CAROL-Personally
Carol was born in New Westminster, and she attended U.B.C. and Simon Fraser where she obtained her Bachelor of Education degree. She has travelled extensively and has lived in Los Angeles, Calgary, Montreal and England. Carol is a very active people-person who enjoys bridge, golfing and tennis. She is a member of the Candaian Federation of University Women of the Saanich Peninsula Club, and a member of the Avalon Singers, where her daughter is the accompanist. Carol's
son-in-law is stationed at Esquimalt.
